General Description

History

Program of Early Childhood Education is a four-year undergraduate program. The program was opened in 1998 to educate pre-school teachers.

Qualification Awarded

Program of Early Childhood Education graduates receive the title of pre-school teacher

Specific Admission Requirements

Students, the Student Selection Examination (ÖSS) with the selected. Language of instruction is Turkish. Each year the department recorded an average of 50 students have done.

The program accepts students from the 1998-1999 school year began. There are 1 Assoc.Professor, 3 Assist. Professors and 2 research assistants.

Profile of The Programme

Mandatory program, the knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, general knowledge and application classes are available. In addition, students receive elective courses. Lessons are conducted both theoretically and practically.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples

Graduates are working official and private preschools as preschool teachers. In addition, they are working in the private sector of the field.

Access to Further Studies

Students may continue to master programs after graduation.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading

According to the contents of classes 1 or 2 midterms, projects, assignments, presentations with a final exam.

Graduation Requirements

The normal training period is four years of the undergraduate program. Order to graduate, students must take all courses in the program. Overall GPA must be at least 2.00.

Lessons are given technology-supported environment. Applied to a training lab and practice for the kindergarten classes are.
